Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence in the fashion and beauty sector. You will create, schedule and publish engaging content while building strong relationships with our digital community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.
• Create, schedule and publish text, image, video and promotional content.
• Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, comments and messages promptly.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
• Track trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyse performance using analytics tools and provide improvement recommendations.
• Run online promotions, contests and influencer collaborations while ensuring policy compliance.
• Handle customer complaints received via social media and escalate when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
• Proven ability to create engaging digital content and manage online communities.

Required skills

• Social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite or Sprout Social.
• Social media analytics and reporting platforms.
• Basic graphic‑design and video‑editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
• Basic photography, videography and video‑editing skills.
