Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Inua Hub Tanzania is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate to expand its digital presence, engage the community, and amplify the stories of young innovators across Tanzania.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create visual and written content that reflects Inua Hub’s mission.
• Manage daily social media activities, including publishing, community engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and events.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Identify emerging trends and propose creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to showcase success stories, programs, events, and partnerships.

Required profile

• Passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and social media.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Passion for youth empowerment, innovation, and community impact.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Express or similar content creation tools.
