About the role

SBA Communications is seeking a Senior Spare Parts & Logistics Management Analyst to lead the procurement, inventory, and distribution of project equipment and spare parts across its global network. The role ensures critical components are available when needed, supports network reliability, and drives efficient logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee management, procurement, and distribution of project equipment and spare parts for network infrastructure.
• Ensure timely availability of critical components to project sites and operational locations.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with service reliability.
• Drive logistics processes from warehouse to site, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor and report on spare parts usage, stock levels, and logistics performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in logistics, supply chain, or spare parts management.
• Proven ability to manage large inventories and complex procurement activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment, preferably telecom or infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
