Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end recruitment assignments for a range of clients, sourcing and attracting qualified talent, conducting assessments, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality candidates. This role also supports client communication, recruitment strategy, team coordination, and business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles from job briefing to candidate placement.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and professional networks.
• Review and shortlist CVs, conduct screenings, interviews, assessments and reference checks.
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop talent pipelines across multiple industries and functions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate trackers and provide regular status updates.
• Support business development by identifying potential clients and new service opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in an HR consultancy or agency.
• Proven ability to recruit across various industries and job levels.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Target‑driven, organized and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using recruitment/ATS or candidate‑tracking systems.
