Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate growth of ICT solutions in Tanzania. You will lead the acquisition of strategic enterprise and public‑sector accounts, build executive‑level relationships, and close high‑value deals across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across enterprise and public‑sector customers.
• Develop and manage strategic customer accounts.
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Position enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software and digital transformation solutions.
• Manage complex bids, tenders and procurement processes.
• Build strong relationships with C‑level executives, government stakeholders and technology partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of ICT sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise and public‑sector sales within Tanzania.
• Proven success selling enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software and digital transformation solutions.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
