Sales Executive – ICT & Managed Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business for our ICT and managed IT services portfolio. You will engage corporate clients, understand their technology needs and propose tailored solutions that add value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in ICT and managed IT services.
• Promote a wide range of solutions including infrastructure, networking, cabling, cybersecurity, cloud, software, hardware, communication systems and surveillance.
• Meet potential clients, assess their IT requirements and present suitable proposals.
• Prepare quotations, presentations and sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision‑makers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, demonstrations and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, Sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT, IT infrastructure, managed services, networking, hardware, software or security solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
