Sales and Marketing Specialist – Enterprise ICT Solutions

About the role

Our client, a leading regional ICT solutions provider, is looking for a results‑driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to accelerate enterprise and public‑sector growth in Tanzania. The role will focus on selling high‑value ICT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software and digital transformation solutions to strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and public‑sector customers.
• Manage strategic customer accounts from prospecting through contract closure.
• Lead full sales cycles, including complex bids, tenders and procurement processes.
• Position and negotiate ICT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software and digital transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with C‑suite leaders, government stakeholders and technology partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of ICT sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise and public‑sector sales within Tanzania.
• Proven track record of selling enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software and digital transformation solutions.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
