Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships across the construction, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors. This role combines strategic market insight with hands‑on sales execution to deliver premium steel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and propose suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Promote company products through presentations, exhibitions, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in steel, construction materials, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and industrial marketing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
