Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Retail Store Supervisor you will ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience while driving sales, KPIs and profitability in line with PUMA’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold PUMA’s brand standards.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability targets through effective planning and expense control.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession planning.
• Control payroll, create service‑driven schedules and maintain a profitable location.
• Manage merchandise opportunities, conduct inventory counts and meet shrink goals.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and solve complex issues.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, walk and move continuously, and lift/carry up to 30 lb.
• Good vision, hearing and depth perception.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Retail software proficiency.
