Research Quality Analyst

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a Research Quality Analyst to join its Directed Content team within the Expert Insights group. In this role you will oversee quality control for a high‑volume research pipeline that fuels the company’s market‑intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic sampling of research projects throughout their lifecycle to detect quality issues.
• Analyze patterns in errors and work with cross‑functional teams to implement process and AI‑prompt improvements.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of content generated from expert interviews and transcript libraries.
• Collaborate with content recruiters to ensure expert‑generated material meets AlphaSense standards.
• Document findings and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Experience in quality assurance or data‑validation environments.
• Ability to interpret research workflows and suggest actionable enhancements.
