About the role

Imara Solutions is seeking a Remote Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support its growing sales team. This fully remote, commission‑only position focuses on driving daily performance, motivating agents, and ensuring campaign targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day sales performance and results.
• Coach and provide feedback to sales agents to help them achieve targets.
• Monitor results, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a motivated, high‑performing team environment.
• Ensure agents meet campaign and performance expectations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong sales background with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to motivate agents and manage performance against targets.
• Organisational and time‑management skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using remote systems.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with US or UK companies/customers is preferred.
• Own laptop, headset, and stable internet connection.
