Regional Sales Pioneer – CPaaS & Sovereign AI (Commission)

About the role

We are seeking a senior, commission‑only sales pioneer to drive adoption of our CPaaS and Sovereign AI platforms across Africa’s telecom, fintech and government markets. The role leverages an existing C‑level network to open doors and close multi‑million‑dollar contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage C‑level decision‑makers at telcos, banks/fintechs and government agencies.
• Represent hSenid’s CPaaS and Sovereign AI solutions using custom pitch decks, case studies and technical demos.
• Facilitate introductions, discovery meetings and proposal presentations.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to structure, negotiate and close deals.
• Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activity, operator strategies and procurement cycles.

Required profile

• 20+ years experience in enterprise B2B, telecom, BFSI or government technology in Africa.
• Proven track record closing deals above $100,000.
• Active C‑level network at telcos, banks or government in at least one target market.
• Trusted by decision‑makers, self‑directed, entrepreneurial and commercially driven.
• Fluent English (French strongly preferred) and based in Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania or South Africa.

What we offer

• Commission of 8–12% of Year 1 contract value on signing for telco deals, plus 3–5% recurring from Year 2.
• Commission of 10–15% of Year 1 contract value on signing for enterprise/government deals, plus 3–5% recurring from Year 2.
• Uncapped earnings potential; top pioneers can earn $200k–$500k+ per year.
• Full CPaaS and Sovereign AI product training and custom sales materials.
• GM‑level availability for senior client meetings and dedicated technical demo team.
• Signed Pioneer Agreement with clear commission terms and a dedicated point of contact for deal support.
