Refrigeration Service Supervisor

About the role

The Refrigeration Service Supervisor leads a team of field technicians responsible for maintaining and repairing cooler and refrigeration equipment. The role ensures service calls are resolved promptly while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians, assign service calls based on availability and location, and monitor progress to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for coolers and spare parts, coordinating requisitions and receipts with store teams.
• Liaise with field staff, store personnel, operations managers, and cooler department heads to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Track and report cooler uptime, call resolution rates, and other KPIs, driving performance improvements.
• Monitor turnaround times for all service calls, ensuring repairs meet agreed SLAs and addressing workflow delays.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on service status, inventory consumption, and KPI performance, providing actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in field service operations, preferably in refrigeration or FMCG.
• Strong management and leadership abilities, capable of handling high‑pressure situations.
• Working knowledge of refrigeration and cooler systems.
• Ability to travel occasionally to regional service locations or warehouses.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
