Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to lead our end‑to‑end hiring process and strengthen our talent pipeline. You will work closely with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the full recruitment and selection cycle.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads and senior management.
• Review and update job descriptions to reflect accurate staffing requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate assessment processes.
• Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Guarantee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment officers and HR support staff.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects.
