About the role

Oracle Consultancy Limited is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Consultant to join its Dar es Salaam office. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, helping clients build high‑performing teams across diverse sectors while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client roles.
• Draft and refine job descriptions and advise clients on recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and conduct market research.
• Coordinate hiring processes with client organisations and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to align talent solutions with business objectives.
• Support graduate and experienced hire campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency or in‑house recruitment, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines with solid organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
