QHSE Manager

About the role

The QHSE Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering quality, environmental, occupational health & safety and business continuity standards. The role works closely with department heads, suppliers and clients to ensure compliance, continuous improvement and effective risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and improve the IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301) across all operations.
• Generate performance reports, analyse audit findings and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including supplier and subcontractor assessments.
• Lead training programmes for QHSE representatives and promote environmental awareness.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses and non‑conformities, and report trends to senior management.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of relevant QHSE experience with a proven ability to travel overseas up to 80% of the time.
• Strong independent thinking, analytical skills and diplomatic communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Lead Auditor qualifications for QMS, EMS, OHSMS and BCMS.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 standards.
