Project Trainer – Digital Skills (Tanzania)

About the role

The Project Trainer – Digital Skills will lead the delivery of training programmes for youth enrolled in KBTA’s employability, entrepreneurship and digital inclusion project in Tanzania. Based in Dar es Salaam, the trainer will work closely with the Project Coordinator and other technical staff to ensure high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and facilitate digital skills training sessions for youth participants.
• Develop training materials and resources aligned with KBTA’s employability and entrepreneurship objectives.
• Assess participant progress, provide feedback and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with the Project Officer, technical assistant and other programme staff to coordinate training activities.
• Report on training outcomes to the Project Coordinator and contribute to project monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training or capacity‑building programmes for youth.
• Familiarity with employability, entrepreneurship and digital inclusion concepts.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow reporting lines.
