Project Coordinator A&R – EAA

About the role

The Project Coordinator A&R – EAA will own the operational execution of ocean and logistics shipments for Maersk Project Logistics (MPL). Reporting to the MPL Operations Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure seamless end‑to‑end shipment delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute customer shipments according to implementation plans, QHSE standards, and reporting requirements.
• Understand external factors affecting customers' supply chains and propose proactive solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing the full shipment lifecycle, including inland delivery.
• Track shipments daily, communicate deviations, and suggest alternatives.
• Onboard new customers, build collaborative relationships, and go the extra mile to meet their needs.
• Liaise with suppliers to prepare transport plans and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain daily operational tasks such as EDI updates, SO/PO and file creation in operational systems.
• Drive efficiency, automation, and standardisation while protecting third‑party CSI and complying with reporting requirements.
