Payment Products Manager

About the role

The Payment Products Manager will lead the development, innovation, and growth of digital payment solutions for businesses and SMEs. This role drives product strategy from market opportunity identification through delivery, commercialization, and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, vision, and value propositions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, Commercial, and external ecosystem partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, gather feedback, and translate insights into product initiatives.
• Lead product development, testing, launch readiness, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Monitor product profitability, transaction trends, customer engagement, and revenue performance; produce dashboards and reports.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory, legal, risk, and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a passion for fintech and SME growth.
• Excellent stakeholder and partnership management abilities.
