Packaging Equipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operator to run and maintain our packaging equipment, ensuring consistent product quality, high throughput, and minimal waste. You will work on a dynamic production line, supporting brand and pack changes while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging processes, including machine start‑up, shutdown, and continuous running.
• Manage waste handling and perform brand/pack changeovers.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment and conduct in‑depth cleaning.
• Perform first‑level maintenance and monitor equipment performance.
• Conduct quality checks and monitor production inputs.
• Take corrective actions and support problem‑solving initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (or equivalent).
• Trade test qualification in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in a packaging process environment.
