Operations Manager – Manufacturing & Sales

About the role

Kifafar Tapes Limited is seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee daily factory activities while actively contributing to sales growth. The role blends production management with customer‑facing responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and expanding the company’s market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily invoicing, receipts, and customer accounts.
• Handle procurement and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate production, stock, and inventory records.
• Coordinate production scheduling, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Monitor customer orders, outstanding payments, and follow‑up communications.
• Generate new sales leads, acquire new customers, and identify market opportunities.
• Provide regular sales and operations reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or sales (preferably B2B or industrial).
• Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Organized, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record‑keeping and reporting.
