Medical Device Sales Specialist

About the role

WEGOWEGO is seeking a motivated Medical Device Sales Specialist to drive growth in Tanzania. You will lead regional sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and represent our extensive portfolio of medical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across Tanzania.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote WEGO’s product portfolio and related solutions.
• Manage distributor networks and support channel partners in target markets.
• Participate in public tenders and manage the full bidding process.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
• Represent WEGO at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Strong understanding of local medical procurement processes and tender systems.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
