Marketing Specialist (2 positions)

About the role

Twyford International Tanzania is looking for proactive Marketing Specialists to design, execute and evaluate marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, engage customers and drive sales growth across its ceramic and sanitary ware product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to strengthen product positioning.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional events, exhibitions and trade fairs.
• Conduct market research to capture customer needs, competitor activity and industry trends.
• Work with the sales team to create marketing collateral and sales support tools.
• Manage customer data and campaign execution through CRM systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular analytical reports.
• Liaise with designers, agencies and suppliers to produce marketing materials.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing and website updates.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Assist in developing customer loyalty and retention programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in ceramic products, sanitary ware, building materials or FMCG.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Word.
