Marketing Officer – Digital & Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

The Marketing Officer will play a central role in planning, executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will combine creative thinking with data‑driven analysis to support brand visibility and business growth. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly market research and competitor analysis, delivering actionable insights to management.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital assets, planning content, coordinating campaigns and ensuring brand consistency.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, motor vehicle dealers, media houses and suppliers.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities such as meetings, events, activations, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Monitor media coverage and public perception, recommending initiatives to strengthen brand reputation.
• Develop and maintain a database of partners, dealerships and media contacts.
• Prepare quarterly market intelligence reports covering industry developments, competitor activity and marketing performance.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role with a proven track record of results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
