Market Implementer

About the role

The Trade Marketing Executive will implement trade marketing, brand and channel initiatives for lubricants across B2B and B2C segments, supporting Shell, Engen and Vivo Energy brands. The role works closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and sales teams to drive market penetration and brand health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the annual Trade Marketing Plan and SP&A budget.
• Implement direct and indirect trade marketing programmes, including pricing, product portfolio, training and integrated communications.
• Adapt global brand materials locally and drive merchandising and promotions.
• Analyse brand, product and channel performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Support sales teams with marketing communication, value selling and customer value propositions.
• Evaluate marketing activities for ROI and conduct post‑investment reviews.
• Coordinate on‑ground implementation with distributors and manage third‑party agency relationships.

Required profile

• University degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or commercial support with strong analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking, ability to translate concepts into operational plans.
• Strong commercial judgment, customer orientation and project management capability.
• Experience in FMCG, telecommunications or digital marketing is an advantage.
