About the role
The Market Development Representative will support the growth of our telecommunications portfolio by handling administrative tasks, managing call cycles, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with 0‑5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the telecom sector. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to gather market insights and help drive promotional initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily operations and promotional activities.
- Manage call cycles, follow‑up with prospects and existing customers, and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver excellent customer service, address client inquiries promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
- Execute promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and market penetration.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to distribute promotional materials.
- Support the planning and organisation of sales events and roadshows.

Required profile
