Revenue Assurance Executive

About the role

The Revenue Assurance Executive will support Airtel Africa’s mission to protect and grow revenue by identifying, analysing, and plugging revenue leakages across our telecom services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, improve processes, and deliver data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance levels above 99% for GSM and adhere to the RA compliance universe.
• Implement Revenue Assurance SOPs and manuals to manage emerging and existing risks.
• Detect, analyse, and close revenue leakage incidents, and identify missed revenue opportunities.
• Continuously review service and revenue paths, enhancing the RA control environment.
• Perform data mining, analysis, and reporting using various DBMS tools.
• Track key revenue and subscriber KPIs, monitor product performance, and generate strategic insights.
• Support project teams during major system launches with risk analysis and first‑time‑right implementation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management and regulatory reports, including RAFM and audit findings.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in ICT or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in telecom, ICT, or billing assurance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Proactive attitude toward issue resolution and audit compliance.
