Key Account Manager – Beverage Sales

About the role
The Key Account Manager will lead the delivery of net sales value, volume and brand growth across take‑home channels such as supermarkets, convenience stores, petrol stations, duty‑free, hotels, clubs and bars. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, the role focuses on developing and executing strategic business plans for key accounts in both on‑trade and off‑trade environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans with key accounts, setting KPIs to increase route‑to‑market value and drive volume push and pull.
- Identify emerging off‑trade trends, create activity plans and execute them at retail level.
- Design CDOS (Category Development and Optimization) initiatives that align beer and spirits portfolios with market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TLA (Top Line Accounts) and RLA (Regional Line Accounts) partners, collaborating on growth‑driving activities.
- Ensure high standards of brand execution, covering quality, visibility, distribution, promotion, pricing, persuasion and public relations (QDVP4) in both on‑trade and off‑trade outlets.
- Support capability and advocacy programmes and act as the primary brand consultant for marketing on trade activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as an Area Business Partner or Customer Relationship Representative.
