Junior Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our autonomous local team in Tanzania. In this role you will support the creative department by producing visual assets that bring marketing campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives to life. The position offers the chance to develop design skills while working closely with content, social media and CRM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, promotional materials and digital advertisements.
• Assist in creating and adapting visual content for campaigns, product launches and events.
• Develop graphics, banners, posters and other marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Support the team with innovative design concepts and visual solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality creative outputs.
• Collaborate with content writers, social media specialists and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools and emerging techniques.
• Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics or animation projects as needed.
• Organise and maintain design files and creative assets for easy access.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in graphic or creative design.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva and other design tools.
• Basic video editing tools.
