Intelligent Automation Analyst

About the role

The Intelligent Automation Analyst will design, develop and support automation and digital‑service solutions that boost efficiency, improve service quality and enhance customer experience. You will manage the full automation lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities, run discovery workshops and build business cases.
• Gather and validate functional, technical, security and compliance requirements; produce user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into secure, scalable and reusable automation designs, collaborating on workflows, APIs, integrations and data flows.
• Support development, scheduling, monitoring and maintenance of RPA, chatbots, self‑service portals and related digital services.
• Define customer journeys, conversation intents and interface requirements for chatbot solutions.
• Create test scenarios, coordinate system, integration, regression and user‑acceptance testing and manage release activities.
• Enable citizen developers through training, mentorship and governance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, track work items, risks and dependencies, and ensure documentation complies with security and audit standards.
• Monitor performance, incident trends and realised benefits, maintaining an improvement backlog.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
• Proven experience in analysing processes and designing automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and stakeholder coordination.
