Human Resources Supervisor – Mwanza (FMCG)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Supervisor to lead HR activities at our Mwanza location within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role will support the organization by ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and staff data.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support performance management and conduct appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company policies.
• Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives.
• Guide supervisors and line managers on HR matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and HR systems.
