Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, ensuring compliance, effective recruitment, and employee development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with legal counsel on all legal matters.
• Roll out and communicate company policies, conducting regular awareness sessions.
• Negotiate employee medical insurance schemes for better quality and cost.
• Manage the full recruitment process objectively and professionally.
• Oversee onboarding programs for new hires.
• Supervise monthly salary preparation and conduct annual salary benchmarking.
• Prepare local employment contracts in line with labor regulations.
• Recommend new and revised job descriptions to Group HR.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coach, motivate, and manage the HR team.
• Coordinate training and development plans with department heads.
• Issue warning or motivation letters in collaboration with managers.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
