Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will partner with the organization to drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure a high‑performing, compliant workplace. This role oversees the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to employee development and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective talent acquisition.
• Design and deliver employee orientation and training programs.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate required reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Law (LLB), or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or senior HR roles.
• In‑depth knowledge of local labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy improvement.
• Experience training managers and employees.
• Excellent organizational, critical‑thinking, and judgment skills.
