Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The hotel seeks a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and coordinate closely with front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of room attendants and housekeeping staff, including room and duty allocation.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house areas to ensure required cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage and update room status accurately in OPERA PMS and coordinate closely with Front Office on room availability and releases.
• Coordinate, supervise and verify maintenance works, including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), ensuring issues are followed through to completion.
• Train, coach and supervise housekeeping staff while monitoring performance, grooming, attendance, discipline and productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in housekeeping, preferably within a 4–5 star hotel.
• Strong practical knowledge of OPERA PMS.
• Experience in housekeeping inventory and stock control, maintenance coordination and PPM.
• Good English communication skills with strong leadership, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
