Housekeeper – Residential & Commercial Cleaning

About the role

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial environments. This role involves both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas meet the required standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check stocking levels of consumables and replace them when appropriate.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and be aware of company‑related practices.

• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to report damages, deficits and disturbances promptly.
