Healthcare Research & Executive Outreach Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support our medical billing company’s outreach efforts across the United States. The role focuses on researching hospitals and healthcare organizations, identifying key decision‑makers, and preparing personalized outreach communications.

Key responsibilities

• Research hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical organizations nationwide.
• Identify key executives such as CFO, CHRO, and Revenue Cycle Leaders.
• Build and maintain prospect spreadsheets and databases.
• Draft, edit, and personalize professional emails and letters using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
• Customize template communications for individual prospects and verify contact information.
• Prepare mailing lists for brochures, letters, and marketing campaigns.
• Keep detailed notes and records of all outreach activities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with minimal accent.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
• Highly reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Experience using LinkedIn for business research is a plus.
• Previous exposure to hospital or medical billing research is advantageous but not mandatory.
