About the role
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector. We are seeking a highly qualified specialist to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across all programme activities.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations systematically across programme activities.
- Ensure inclusive participation, gender‑responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities generated by Africa‑EU space cooperation.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes, including gender analysis and sex‑disaggregated indicators.
