FTTH PMO Support

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an FTTH PMO Support professional to help plan, coordinate and monitor commercial initiatives across its fiber‑to‑the‑home portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are managed, and customer experience is continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and track FTTH commercial projects and strategic initiatives, maintaining roadmaps, implementation plans and governance reports.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and govern pricing, sales commission and after‑sales processes for FTTH products.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver product launches, enhancements, migrations and process changes.
• Analyse customer feedback, complaints and performance data to improve the customer journey.
• Lead governance forums, stakeholder communications and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, commercial operations or product implementation, preferably in telecommunications or FTTH.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination and management reporting.
• Understanding of FTTH products, pricing, commissions and after‑sales operations.
