FTTX Manager – Commercial Portfolio Lead

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an experienced FTTX Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of its Fiber‑to‑the‑Home (FTTH) portfolio. You will drive product growth, pricing strategy, sales performance and customer retention while acting as the bridge between commercial, sales, operations and network teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end FTTH product portfolio, roadmap and lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, migrations and retirements.
• Define and execute product enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and develop new FTTH products, bundles and value‑added services.
• Manage pricing governance, approval processes and analyse acquisition, churn, revenue and growth trends.
• Represent commercial interests in after‑sales activities and ensure seamless collaboration with Customer Operations.
• Monitor service request resolution, review complaint trends and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers during incidents, outages and migrations.
• Support reporting for executive and steering committees and collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, Network and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Leadership and strong team‑working abilities.
• Excellent analytical and senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine commercial and technical knowledge when shaping new ideas.
• Experience implementing end‑to‑end processes and managing cross‑functional issues.
• Knowledge of governance, change management and process standards.
• Understanding of FTTX and fixed‑broadband product lifecycle management.
• Commercial analytics, pricing and market performance analysis expertise.
• Service performance and customer experience management experience.
