Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service and banqueting. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage venues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, revenue and performance.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop a high‑performing F&B team.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene and service consistency.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, promotions and seasonal offers.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cost‑control initiatives.
• Control inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships and stock levels.
• Analyse sales data, guest feedback and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health and occupational safety regulations.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event organizers and key stakeholders.
• Lead conferences, private events and banqueting operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Food & Beverage Management.
• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 4‑star/5‑star hotel or international brand.
• Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet and catering operations.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• HACCP and food safety knowledge.
• Quality assurance standards.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• POS system proficiency.
• Inventory management software expertise.
