FMCG Sales Supervisor – Morogoro

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Morogoro. The successful candidate will drive market expansion, achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and market expansion strategies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Coordinate product promotions and marketing activities.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production, Marketing, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Proven experience supervising or managing a sales team.
• Experience with washing powder, diapers, sanitary pads, or similar FMCG products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical abilities.
• Results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of the Morogoro market is a plus.
