Fleet and Safety Supervisor

About the role

The Fleet and Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site safety and fleet management to ensure compliance with OHS, Road Transport regulations and AB InBev policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sustainable fleet standards, conduct daily inspections of trucks, trailers, forklifts and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Drive safety culture, monitor audits, surveys and implement SHE programmes across the site.
• Manage fleet budget, spare‑parts inventory and workshop safety using 5S principles.

Required profile

• Relevant 3‑year tertiary degree or diploma.
• 2‑3 years of fleet functional experience with knowledge of OHS and Road Traffic Acts.
• Strong analytical ability, business and financial acumen, and inventory control experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of SAP.
