Finance Officer

About the role

Masika Ventures is seeking a motivated Finance Officer to join its team supporting a portfolio of companies in Tanzania. The role combines analytical rigor with creative problem‑solving to ensure sound financial management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in cash‑flow management, invoicing and payment processing.
