Finance Manager – Manufacturing & Diversified Sectors

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, compliance, and effective financial planning. This role is critical for strengthening the organization’s financial governance and supporting strategic decision‑making across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain financial controls, and present reports to senior leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, develop cash flow forecasts, financial models, and scenario analyses, and monitor budget adherence.
• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity, oversee banking relationships, and evaluate working capital requirements.
• Support production and operations teams in cost analysis, cost‑saving initiatives, profitability optimization, and project cost controls.
• Coordinate tax matters (VAT, PAYE, corporate tax, withholding taxes), ensure TRA compliance, and lead internal and external audits.
• Supervise and mentor finance officers and accountants, collaborating closely with operational heads across manufacturing, construction, real estate, and hospitality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandatory CPA or ACCA qualification.
• 5–7 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably within a diversified group, manufacturing or construction environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with modern ERP/accounting systems.
