Executive Driver & Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and reliable Executive Driver & Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in Tanzania. This high‑trust position blends premium transportation services with executive support, requiring strong security awareness and proactive problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, discreet, and professional transportation for the Managing Director, managing routes, schedules, and daily movements.
• Maintain the vehicle to an exceptional standard, ensuring it is always ready for use.
• Accompany the Managing Director to meetings, business visits, airports, hotels, and other locations.
• Apply security, confidentiality, and risk‑awareness practices without acting as a conventional security guard.
• Assist with travel arrangements, luggage handling, document management, appointments, and reservations.
• Coordinate with executives, hotels, service providers, security personnel, and other contacts as needed.
• Handle personal and business errands with complete discretion and anticipate requirements proactively.
• Remain available for business travel and flexible working hours.

Required profile

• Previous formal training and experience in an embassy, diplomatic mission, government institution, VIP environment, or similar high‑standard organization.
• Security, protective‑services, diplomatic‑security, or executive‑support training.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives, diplomats, VIPs, or high‑profile individuals.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Trustworthy, discreet, intelligent, observant, professional, well‑presented, punctual, proactive, flexible, and highly reliable.
