Drill Product Master – Technical Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Drill Product Master to act as the technical liaison between the Sales Area in Tanzania and Sandvik’s product line. You will support customers by providing accurate cost information, handling warranty issues and ensuring optimal performance of drilling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate Machine Life Operating Cost (MLOC) data to customers and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve warranty claims, both proactively and reactively.
• Perform second‑line root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting on drilling products.
• Collect and record technical feedback from the field into the company database.
• Prepare recommendations and reports to improve customer service and internal processes.
• Adjust and calibrate systems on client equipment as required.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in drilling or mining equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales, service, logistics and product line teams.
• Proactive attitude towards problem solving and continuous improvement.

Required skills
