CXC Agent – Commercial Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated CXC Agent to ensure our brands are available to customers across the assigned territory. The role focuses on meeting key performance indicators such as contractability, effectiveness, and digital adoption while driving sales volume and building long‑term commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and monitor management indicators including contractability rate, effectiveness, call quality, retention and volume.
• Meet sales volume targets and maintain product availability (SKU) for each customer.
• Develop deep knowledge of the client base in the assigned zone and understand their purchase patterns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, negotiate, and increase the number of BEES buyers.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, business processes and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification or equivalent, preferably in Commerce.
• 1–2 years of relevant commercial experience; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong orientation toward service and sales with effective communication skills.
• High integrity, honesty and a compliance‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
