About the role

Maersk is seeking a CX Consultant to shape outstanding customer experiences across the end‑to‑end shipment lifecycle. The role is ideal for a customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative logistics environment and enjoys solving problems while delivering value.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the shipment lifecycle via multiple channels.
• Maintain regular, visible contact with customers, primarily by phone and occasionally in person.
• Understand customers’ needs, requirements, and business drivers.
• Handle incoming queries, issues, and exception management.
• On‑board new clients and provide a best‑in‑class experience to grow their share of business.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage the interaction pipeline, including accurate forecasting and segmentation input.
• Identify opportunities for face‑to‑face sales interaction and maximize profitability.
• Promote digital channel usage and represent the Maersk brand where needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, OTCX, and other teams.
