About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join an international company that delivers a wide range of services across multiple markets. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate assistance to customers through various communication channels while gathering valuable feedback for internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Make outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to product, sales, and marketing departments.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for helping and communicating with people.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swahili and English, with the ability to write quickly and accurately.
