Customer Support Representative (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Alpha Digital is seeking a full‑time Customer Support Representative who is fluent in Spanish to join its hybrid team in Dar es Salaam. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Spanish across phone, email and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot technical and service‑related problems and provide clear, timely solutions.
• Maintain service standards and document interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
• Proven experience in customer support or a similar service‑oriented role.
• Strong communication, organization and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to quickly learn call‑center applications and internal tools.
• Experience in the iGaming sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
